I have this stunning home listed in Ridgeview Ranch in Plano! It has been on the market for a couple of months now and I am worried that people are looking at the "Days on the Market" and incorrectly assuming this means there is something wrong with this house. Let me assure you there is absolutely nothing wrong with this house. It is beautiful. Everyone who has show it always states that the home show beautifully, it just has not worked for their client for unchangeable reasons like "master downstairs". It truly baffles me that this home has yet to sell. I guess it truly is the somewhat slow market in the Dallas Burbs right now. I know it will sell soon.
